**  Lois McGibbon had a great day on Saturday, with warbler sightings and song. The OVENBIRDS [Paruline couronnée] are back to her Anagance area and in full song. Others she saw, and shares some nice photos of, included MAGNOLIA WARBLER [Paruline à tête cendrée], BLACKBURNIAN WARBLER [Paruline à gorge orangée], NORTHERN PARULA [Paruline à collier], BLACK-THROATED GREEN WARBLER [Paruline à gorge noire] and CHESTNUT-SIDED WARBLER [Paruline à flancs marron].
Lois mentions noticing 6 SNOWSHOE HARES [Lièvre d'Amérique] at different locations en route to Fundy National Park on Saturday, suspecting that they had a good winter.
**  Attila Fust spotted a SANDHILL CRANE [Grue du Canada] fly low over his Sainte-Marie-de-Kent home on Saturday morning. He heard it vocalize twice. I wonder if this is the same individual that spent time in  the Bouctouche area just over a week ago. We’ve had no recent reports of it there.
**  Georges Brun saw two NORTHERN MOCKINGBIRDS [Moqueur polyglotte], on opposite sides of Vaughn Harvey Boulevard and to the south of the CN railway. This would be to the east of the area on West Main Street, where Mockingbirds have been frequently seen in the past. These two birds were presumably males, as both were loudly vocalizing.
**  Louise Richard got photos of a few beetles showing up around her Acadieville cabin. The less common variety of the ASIAN MULTICOLOURED LADY BEETLE [Coccinelle asiatique] with only a few spots was seen, as well as a LARDER BEETLE [Dermeste du lard].
**  Clarence Cormier had four bird arrivals at his Grand-Digue site on Saturday, all males: a male YELLOW WARBLER [Paruline jaune], a male COMMON YELLOWTHROAT [Paruline masquée], a male WILSON'S WARBLER [Paruline à calotte noire] and 3 male BOBOLINKS [Goglu des prés]. Clarence is suspicious that another wave of warblers will be passing through aS he comments that he sees new arrivals every day recently but they seem to move on.
