** Georges Brun is continuing to see RED-TAILED
HAWKS [Buse à queue rousse] on the Riverview Marsh. His photos are documentary
photos, due to the distance, but one shows two hawks perched near one another,
and another in flight that appears to be an adult. Most of the photos captured
on Saturday in the Riverview Marsh area seemed to be of immatures. It suggests
that a significant number of Red-tailed Hawks are using the resources of the
Riverview Marsh.
** Yves Poussart and Gordon Rattray contribute more
photos taken during the Nature Moncton feeder tour on Saturday to show various
species from different angles.
