**A short issue. Is everyone watching the Blue Jays?!
**Brian
Stone noticed clear skies on Thursday evening, so he packed up his cameras and
stuff and headed out to Indian Mountain to get more comet photos. A few low
clouds had moved in by the time he arrived, but it seemed like there would be
no problem. But ... by the time it got dark enough to start viewing the comets,
just 20 minutes later, a massive dark cloud had formed that covered most of the
sky and reduced the comet viewing to zero! A consolation photo was had, though,
as Brian photographed the waxing crescent Moon (at 11%) that was
floating just over the horizon in the west. The obscuring clouds had a fist
shaken at them and were told off, and then Brian left for home.
