**  Pam Novak comments that it's almost becoming a Canada Day tradition that one of the PEREGRINE FALCON [Faucon pèlerin] young from the summit of Assumption Place will become a patient at the Atlantic Wildlife Institute. Even before the fireworks began, one of the birds, on a maiden voyage, hit a window or building on Main Street in Moncton, and ended up in her care. It has some head trauma and a foot injury. Other than a bit of natal down it is pretty well feathered out.
