This is a special edition of the Nature Moncton blog
directed to anyone with botanical interests.
On July 10, Gart Bishop and Liz Mills led a Botany
Field Day to the incredibly unique Chance Harbour Fen. Gart and Liz pointed out
an amazing diversity of rare and diverse group of plants.
Several Nature Moncton members joined the participants.
Richard Perron and Gordon Rattray captured photos of many of the plant gems.
We have placed 84 of their photos in the Dropbox link
below. Each photo can be viewed full screen by going to the <1-84> bar at
the bottom and those without scientific name added can see it to the side of
the image beside the circled GB.
It may take a moment for photos to upload so if it
does not come up instantly, wait a moment and all should appear.
It was a GREAT day and hope botanically orientated
naturalists can enjoy the show as much as participants did.
Click on the link below and enjoy the day from home!
