**Frank Branch in Paquetville does his Feeder FeederWatch bird count every Monday and Tuesday. Frank was pleased to add a male Red-bellied Woodpecker to that count on Monday. (Editor’s note: the editor is starting to get the impression that everyone in New Brunswick is being graced with the Red-bellied Woodpecker except him!).

**Daryl Doucette has had a rewarding start to the first few days of the setup of his Moncton feeder yard with a Northern Cardinal the first day he got it up and Evening Grosbeaks the second day.

A great start for the birdfeeder season!

**Great news for New Brunswick naturalists to get to know and enjoy!

Andrea Flemming has advised a great new website is being developed as an identification guide to the flora of New Brunswick expected to be up and running in a few months in time for the upcoming flush of spring plants. The website will be built from contributed photos and they are asking folks with photos of plants of New Brunswick to contribute to the building of the site. Many of us have photos of New Brunswick plants stored on our devices. Now they will be shared with everyone in a spot where they should be, not lying dormant in our photo files. Take a moment to look through your files and share what may be helpful to build a site.

Information from Andrea about this project is attached below:

The Fredericton Botanic Garden, with Jim Goltz and funding from the New Brunswick Environmental Trust Fund, is developing an online photo identification guide to the native and endemic plants of New Brunswick. The Atlantic Canada Conservation Data Centre and the University of New Brunswick have shared many photos, data, and Hal Hinds' work. We welcome photo contributions from individual plant enthusiasts throughout the province as well. Please contact Andrea Flemming, at andflemming@gmail.com, to share images or for more information.
