**For those who missed the apps workshop on Thursday night, May 8, or would like to listen again, it was taped. The link to the excellent quality recording is below:

**Louise Nichols joined several other birders out at the marsh at Shemogue to see the black-necked stilt that was found on Sunday by Caroline Arsenault.  The bird was far off in the marsh when Louise arrived, but luckily, it moved closer and closer for some good views in the end.

Louise also sends a couple of photos of a spring peeper that Glen spotted on their lawn as he was mowing it (fortunately, he saw it before running over it!)  Louise moved it to a safer spot.  Interesting to note the small "suction cup toes" holding on to the grass blades in one photo.

**Mac and Brenda Wilmot have an active Carolina wren nest in the bow of an upturned canoe in their Lower Coverdale yard.

They have a Blink camera set up, but the nest is a tunnel affair and dark, so viewing is less than ideal. Both parents are busy hauling groceries; they're partial to mealworms.

**Jessica Boulanger-Mainville did a live interview on Radio-Canada  on the show La Grande Virée Monday morning to talk about Nature Moncton, what we do, some of our activities, and also to talk about the peregrine falcons and nest cam. It’s in French, and the link to the audio is the following: https://ici.radio-canada.ca/ohdio/premiere/emissions/la-grande-viree/segments/rattrapage/2067956/nature-moncton-diffuse-en-direct-un-nid-faucons
