Janet also shares a photo of the Virginia Ctenucha moth larval caterpillar that paid her a visit on December 11. Jim Edsall advised many of the the TIGER MOTH can and do overwinter as larva, some full grown and some partially grown. #
***There have been some meteor showers recently that Brian Stone was hoping to capture in photos. The persistent cloud cover made that mission difficult but while waiting Brian did capture nice sky shots of the MOON and JUPITER with some of the stars of LEO managing to shine through the clouds to the left and below Jupiter. #
