Identification comments from Gilles Belliveau

A teneral male bluet and although the angle for viewing the terminal appendages isn't ideal, the top appendage does seem to be shaped like a C which would make this a Marsh Bluet (Enallagma ebrium) assuming the shape I'm seeing is just the cerci.

A mature male Boreal Bluet (Enallagma boreale) which is readily identified by the shape of the terminal appendages which are pretty easy to make out in this photo.

A mature male Chalk-fronted Corporal (Ladona julia). The color pattern of this species is quite distinct

A mature male Dot-tailed Whiteface (Leucorrhinia intacta). The color pattern of this species is quite distinct.

A female Whiteface species and I'm pretty sure it is a female Dot-tailed Whiteface (Leucorrhinia intacta) since the distal half of the spot on top of S7 appears to have mostly faded leaving what looks like a nearly square spot on top of S7

A female Chalk-fronted Corporal (Ladona julia). You ca just see the white pruinosity starting to develop on the basal half of the abdomen similar to what you would see in males though it doesn't get much whiter than this on most females.

An immature male Common whitetail (Plathemis lydia). You can see the large dark patches (not fully colored yet) in the wings but it hasn't developed the white pruinosity on the abdomen that makes males so distinctive.

Appears to be an immature male Dot-tailed Whiteface (Leucorrhinia intacta). It still has some yellowish spots o the abdomen but appears to be darkening and the brightest spot appears to be square shaped spot on the top of S7 (which appears to be in a shadow so doesn't look all that bright). The shape of the terminal appendages visible in the photo indicates this is a male and not a female.
