** Gordon Rattray and Brian Stone visited the Twin Oaks/Ryan Rd. small bog
on Tuesday. We have been able to share a lot of ROSE POGONIA ORCHID photos but I
am going to add a few more today as the season for them is ebbing, and we may
not get to see more new ones until next year.
Several more of Brian's, which include a BOG COPPER BUTTERFLY
we tried to make into a Skipper that Jim Edsall got us straightened out on. Also
some dragonflies that Gilles Belliveau gave advice on, and other sundry items.
** David and Bonnie Miller are in progress of making a cross Canada journey
and are sure enjoying the many bird species that are in migration already in the
prairies. They just were in Lloydminster, which is half in Saskatchewan and half
in Alberta and have seen many birds that we see here as special guests. Their
photo file must be building up to be awesome.
