**David Christie reports that contractors and Canadian Wildlife Service staff who were working at the Cape Jourimain National Wildlife area on Tuesday and saw a WHITE PELICAN fly over in the noon hour time window. This bird could now appear anywhere, so be on the watch. There have been sighting reports of a White Pelican on PEI , so is this the same bird or not?

Dave also reports John Inman had a RUSTY BLACKBIRD appear at his 225 Mary's Point Rd. feeder yard on Monday and on Tuesday a second Rusty Blackbird joined it.

**Gary Dupuis once again was able to locate the SWAINSON'S HAWK on Tuesday and shares a photo of it on a post.  Gary comments he saw it at the end of the Lower West Marsh Rd. which shows on google maps.
Gary also got a photo of a light morph ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK on a post.

**David Myles reports he had a BROWN CREEPER visit his Kingsclear bird feeder yard on Sunday.  He had not seen one at his site since one last winter but suspects a pair is in the area but has only seen the one the feeder so far.
Brown creepers to a feeder area are always a special treat!

**Georges Brun has noted a group of 6 BLACK DUCKS that will gather approximately 30ft downriver from the confluence of Hall’s Creek and the Petitcodiac River. This group had been coming to the same location since late August but not there earlier in the summer.  Georges got a photo of one that is leg banded.

**On woodpeckers, Ray Gauvin reports he has had a male DOWNY WOODPECKER start coming to his Shediac yard.
I also had a female HAIRY WOODPECKER show up Tuesday.
The regular pair of DOWNY woodpeckers were not amused when the hairy came to the peanut butter feeder beside the downy male and sent it off. Hope they work it out, there is lots for all of them.
